About the Wine
        Our traditional Brut Rose is made by adding a small amount of our Reserve Claret to the dosage in order to produce a beautiful light salmon color.  This process adds more complexity and red berry flavors to the sparkling wine without overwhelming the delicate flavors in the base wine.   Wonderful with richer foods such as  smoked duck breast.
